We love your engaging and fun party activities, but don’t have enough room to hold the party at home. What should we do?
If you live in a condo, you can rent your “party room” usually at an affordable cost. You can also book a room at your community centre. If none of this worked you can also look for “party room rentals” on classifieds sites such as Kijiji.
What kind of room do we need for the party?
It depends on the theme you choose and the number of your guests. But generally a large room where kids can easily move around would be enough. There should be a couple of table to set up the activities on them.
Can we come and visit your venue?
Currently we are only running “Comes2U” parties. That means we will bring our games and activities to your location.
What is included in a party package?
A Party package includes one hour of theme-based games supervised and guided by our staff. We also provide you with theme-based and personalised email invites to send them to your guests.
What do you mean by “Party Themes”?
Party themes determine what activities and games are going to be played during the party.
Do you do birthday parties at the child’s house?
Our “Comes2U” parties are held at your own house or party room in your building.
Can you hold a time/date for us?
The best way to hold a time slot for your party is to fill out the booking form and leave the deposit. You can change your party time/date later (up to one week before the requested time and subject to availability). Booking forms without payment usually get deleted at the end of the day and will not hold a time/date for you.
Why can’t guests have food during gaming time?
Touching gaming devices & equipment with sticky fingers would make them unusable for the next group of children. That’s why for hygienic considerations, no food consumption is allowed during activity time.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We take cash and debit. For credit card payments (online and in-person) there is a 3% convenience fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Booking deposit is non-refundable. In some cases we might be able to credit it towards rescheduling your party.
