Good To Know
- Two hour party time is structured as: one hour of activities, 45 minutes for serving food and cake, and the last 15 minutes is for parents to pick up their children.
- Beyond the two hours of your party time, it is your responsibility to take charge of and supervise children, in case their parents were late for pick up. Genius Owl may not always be able to offer its space for this purpose as back-to-back parties are going on.
- All food items, including snacks, cake, or pizza are sourced from reliable providers. Genius Owl is NOT involved in preparation or making of any of the food items. If any of your guests has food allergies, we recommend you bring their special food. We cannot take any responsibility on the safety of food for allergic children.
- For hygienic considerations, no food consumption is allowed during activity time.
- Total party time is calculated from the beginning of your party time until the last kid & parent (including host) leaves the premises.
- For any of the above packages, gaming and food time cannot go alongside each other.
- To add to the “theme experience” of parties, we encourage parents to order our themed cakes. But if you prefer otherwise, your cake can also be served at the party. Please make sure you are bringing utensils. Adults (unaccompanied by kids) can come 15 mins before party time to set up food table.
- Pizza can ONLY be ordered through our partner.
- During winter, children AND adults should change their shoes before entering the venue.
- There is a $150 non-refundable deposit for all bookings. For credit card payments, there is a 3% convenience fee.
